Most people arrive with a complaint, not with a therapy in mind, and that is the sensible way round. You do not need to know whether you want acupuncture, massage or something else before you ask — describe the problem and how long it has been going on, and let the answer come from that.
Two things worth checking whoever you end up seeing: that they are registered with AHPRA where their profession requires it, and that they will tell you plainly when your complaint is not their area. A practitioner who treats everything treats nothing particularly well.
If it helps to see the range first, our massage treatments and facial treatments are the two people ask about most. If neither sounds like what you need, tell us what is going on and we will say whether we are the right place.
