For people who are not sure

A lot of people are curious about this and hesitant for reasons they find hard to say out loud: not knowing what happens, not wanting to be sold something, not wanting to look foolish for asking.

Coming to look at the place answers most of that in ten minutes, and it costs nothing.

What you can ask while you are here

What a first appointment involves. How long. What it costs. Who you would be seeing and what they are registered for. What happens to your information.

All of that gets a straight answer at the desk without anybody taking a history.

What will not happen

Nobody will assess you or give you an opinion about a symptom — that needs a proper appointment, and an answer given standing in a corridor would not be worth having.

Nobody will ask you to book before you leave, and nobody will ring you afterwards. If you want an appointment you will book it yourself, in your own time.

The conditions

  • arranged beforehand, in business hours
  • about ten minutes
  • no assessment, no treatment, no clinical advice
  • rooms in use are not shown, out of respect for whoever is in them

Arranging it

Get in touch and say you would like to look around. That is the whole process.
